TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® training is extensive and ongoing. At our company headquarters, we have a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to moving called STICK MEN UNIVERSITY®. At this two-week training, you’ll be taught by home office staff on the ins-and-outs of moving. Things like marketing your new business, using your new computer system, hiring, managing and leading your own teams are key components as well. After that, we won't leave you to the wolves - our Intranet and toll-free support are always here to help once training is complete.

A Mentoring Program

Learn the ropes from someone who’s already walked in your shoes. Our mentoring program is a way for new franchisees (we like to call them Protégés) to be paired with experienced franchisees (Mentors) for their first year. It’s a proven and successful program – we highly recommend it.

Marketing Tools

We have a well-earned reputation, and we give you everything you need to take advantage of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand: a complete line of branded clothing and uniforms, professional marketing materials from our in-house team and even a tradeshow booth.
