The Mentor-Protégé Program began in 2004 to support franchisees in their first year of business. After hundreds of rave reviews, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® expanded the program to all interested franchisees and managers.

How does the program work?

During the first year of business, a new franchisee is matched up with an experienced mentor. The goal is for new franchisees to have a support person in the field to reach out to for advice, feedback and best practices. Not only will you gain confidence to build a successful franchise, your mentor will serve as someone to lean on while you learn the ropes.
